Mental Health & Wellbeing

Here at St. Joseph’s Primary School we are very passionate and committed about looking after our mental health and how important it is to look out for each other.  This years theme was Let’s Connect and through this it encouraged and helped children to understand their emotions and feelings better, making them feel comfortable sharing any concerns or worries they may have. We know that everyone experiences life challenges that can make us vulnerable and at times, anyone may need additional emotional support. We take the view that positive mental health is everybody’s business and that we all have a role to play.

Keep on smiling 😊
