WELCOME TO ST JOSEPH’S PRIMARY SCHOOL
On behalf of the children, staff and governors, I would like to welcome you to St Joseph's Catholic Primary School. We are a vibrant, hardworking and friendly learning community which seeks to provide a high quality and inclusive education for each and every one of our amazing children. As a school community, we aim every day to follow our school mission statement - "Act justly, Love tenderly and Walk humbly with our God."
Our dedicated and passionate staff team works hard to provide a safe and stimulating environment where our children can feel secure and excited about learning. Our aim is to nurture the uniqueness of every child and respond to their individual strengths and needs. We aim to equip our children with the tools for future learning and the confidence to follow their dreams.

Our Y5 and Y6 pupils visited the Youth ministry Trust in September. While they were there, they were stars of YMT TV! Watch the video on our Youtube channel. As you will see, the staff got totally involved too!

We have updated our Virtual Library. There are more books to read, as well as some to watch and listen to. Remember, you all have access to Oxford Owl books too! Please let us know if any of the links are broken so we can fix straight away!
Our Book Trail has been a great success so far! Lots of our pupils have been hiding and finding books around the Fellgate and Hedworth area. Remember, if you find one of our books, read it and hide it again! Alternatively, replace it with a different book!
